Approach life the right way

When the pressures of modern life hit, we’re left asking – where can I go from here? Work, relationships, and health can all have a detrimental effect on our body system, creating internal stresses, accelerating pre-existing imbalances or triggering new ones.

When it comes to resolving them, our initial response is usually reactive, and with limited options, we look for solutions with our Personality Mind (reactive mind). 

It’s something that we’ve all done, and when options run out, we’re left low, frustrated, and detached.

Instrumental Living teaches us how to truly live in the present, working instinctively, preventing negative stresses from forming and developing into blockages or physical conditions.

It’s something I was unaware of until a chronic health condition impacted my life 28 years ago, and it was then that I knew change was essential if I was going to regain control and move forward.

Since resolving my own condition, I’ve taught and applied this practice to many people with various health complaints, lifestyles, and situations.

Once these changes are made you will notice more than a single positive change. As you start to work instrumentally your entire system begins to shift and change for the better.
