Being Present

What is meant by being present?

To truly understand being present, we need to remind ourself of the instinctively led child.

To start, Being present is not the same as living in the present, Living in the present for most people is simply seizing the moment and prioritising items you normally leave or forget about.

Being in the present from an Instrumental Living perspective takes to reminding ourselves of animal world, watching a dog in a park as it breathes in every moment in which takes it to the next movement, momentary awareness, present consciousness, there is no thought process or contemplating its actions or being emotionally led.

For someone to truly know themself demands present consciousness; it requires developing the instrumental mentality you are born with. A baby instinctively senses the mothers milk and will moves to feed its need. It has no thought nor has it developed a personality. Pure instinctual momentary living.

When we learn to become breath led, this allow us encourage and stimulate the awareness of being in the present.
